💳 Billing & Payments
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No credit card is required for the free trial. You get full access to all prompts and tools for 3 days. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or your access pauses — no charge without explicit action.
What's included in the Pro plans?
Both Pro Monthly and Pro Annual include access to all 1025+ premium prompts, all AI tools (Prompt Optimizer, Text Humanizer, Skill Generator, and more), all GPT configurations, and priority support. The only difference is billing frequency and price — annual saves $149/year.
What's the difference between Pro Monthly and Pro Lifetime?
Pro Monthly is a subscription — , billed monthly, cancel anytime. Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment with no further billing. Both include the same access to all prompts and tools at the time of purchase.
What's the difference between Pro Monthly and Pro Annual?
Same access, different billing. Annual is (~$0/month) — that's 2 months free compared to monthly. Pro Annual is the best value if you plan to use PromptVault for more than 2 months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel Pro Monthly or Pro Annual at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate cancellations mid-cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a -day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within days of purchase, email for a full refund, no questions asked. After days, no refunds are provided.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Email and we'll prorate your remaining monthly period against the annual plan price.
Will prices change?
We may change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 7 days before any price change takes effect. Price changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
🔑 Access & Account
How does the free trial work?
Register with your email and you'll get 3 days of full access — all prompts, all tools, all GPTs. No credit card required. After 3 days, your account reverts to free access (limited prompts). You'll never be charged without explicitly subscribing.
How do I access the prompts after subscribing?
Log in and go to the Browse page. All prompts show full content for Pro members with a one-click copy button. Free users see the prompt title, category, and first few lines — enough to know if they want to upgrade.
Can I use the prompts in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini?
Yes. Every prompt works in any AI chat interface. Browse prompts, click Copy, and paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI tool. Our prompts are model-agnostic — they work everywhere.
Do the AI tools require an API key?
No. The AI tools are built into PromptVault and use our own AI processing. You don't need to set up any API keys or pay any additional fees. The cost is covered by your subscription.
How many prompts can I access?
Pro members have unlimited access to all 1025+ prompts. Free users can access a rotating selection of 10 prompts per day. Prompts are added every week.
What are GPT Configurations?
GPT Configurations are pre-built agent setups for ChatGPT's GPT Store. Each includes a system prompt, instructions, and starter examples. Import any of our 12 GPTs into your ChatGPT account with one click and have a specialized AI agent ready to go.
What are the AI tools?
Pro members get access to a suite of AI-powered tools: Prompt Optimizer (improves your prompts), Text Humanizer (removes AI-isms from content), Skill Generator (creates custom agent workflows), and more being added regularly.
How many times can I use the AI tools?
Free users get 5 AI tool requests per day. Pro Monthly and Pro Annual members get 100 requests per day. Pro Lifetime members get unlimited requests.
📝 Prompts & Content
Who wrote the prompts?
Our prompts are written by operators who've used them in real businesses — agencies, SaaS products, consulting practices, and e-commerce operations. Every prompt is tested and designed to produce actionable outputs, not generic advice.
How often are new prompts added?
We add new prompts every week. Members with Pro access get all new prompts automatically. Categories are updated based on demand from our community.
Are these prompts for beginners or experts?
Both. We have prompts ranging from simple "write a cold email" templates to complex multi-step workflows. Each prompt comes with context on who it's for and what output to expect.
Can I submit my own prompts?
Yes. Pro members can submit prompts via the Submit page. We review submissions and add high-quality prompts to the library, crediting the contributor.
Do you have prompts for specific industries?
Yes. Our prompts cover SaaS, agencies, e-commerce, consulting, content creation, real estate, finance, and more. Use the category filters on the Browse page to find prompts for your industry.
🔒 Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption on all data transmission. Your passwords are hashed — we can't read them. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never store credit card details.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties we share data with are our service providers (Stripe for payments, Groq for AI processing) who are bound to protect your data.
What data do you collect?
We collect account information (email, name), usage data (which prompts you access), and AI tool usage (for rate limiting and abuse prevention). See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Is this a subscription or one-time payment?
Both options are available. Pro Monthly () and Pro Annual () are subscriptions. Pro Lifetime () is a one-time payment. You choose what works for you.
Do you have a community or support?
Pro members have access to priority email support at . We respond within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
Can I share my account with a team?
Accounts are for individual use. Team pricing is coming — contact if you need multi-seat access now.
What happens if I stop paying?
If a subscription payment fails, your account downgrades to free access after 3 days. Your prompts and data are preserved. Resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
