1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Terms

Your PromptVault account is personal to you and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used for prohibited activities.

3. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are provided for partial periods.

Lifetime Access: The Pro Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that grants perpetual access to all features available at the time of purchase. It does not include future feature additions beyond what is listed at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing for any plan at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle for existing subscribers. We'll notify you via email at least 7 days before any price increase.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to free access within 3 days. You are responsible for any payment provider fees incurred on failed transactions.

Refunds: We offer a -day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. To request a refund, contact within days of your purchase. After days, no refunds are provided. Refunds for subscription cancellations are not prorated for the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Use the prompts or AI-generated content to violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt to extract, copy, or redistribute the prompt library in bulk for commercial resale
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Content: The prompts, workflows, tool configurations, GPT definitions, and other original content on PromptVault ("Our Content") are owned by PromptVault. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Our Content for your own commercial or personal purposes while your account is active. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense Our Content outside of your organization.

AI-Generated Output: Content generated by AI tools within PromptVault ("Output") may be used freely for your own purposes. We do not claim ownership of Output. However, you are responsible for ensuring that Output does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PromptVault provides tools that generate content using third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output for a specific purpose. You use all AI-generated content at your own risk and are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adapting any output before relying on it — particularly for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

AI outputs may reflect biases present in their training data. We make no representation that AI-generated content is error-free, unbiased, or suitable for all audiences.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantee about the results you will achieve by using any prompt or AI tool. Your results depend solely on your implementation and the AI models used.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTVAULT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by logging in and navigating to Account → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing . Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activity. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease immediately. We reserve the right to retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you via email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
