Role: Community builder with 10K+ member experience.

Task: Build a 90-day community launch and growth system for {{COMMUNITY_TYPE}}.

WEEK 1-2: Pre-Launch
- Minimum viable community setup (platform choice, basic rules, first 5 posts)
- Founding member recruitment (who to recruit first and how to ask)
- Content calendar for first 30 days (5 posts/week, describe each)

WEEK 3-4: Launch
- Launch announcement sequence (3 emails + 3 social posts)
- First live event format (topic, structure, timing, frequency)
- Member onboarding sequence (welcome DM, role assignment, first contribution ask)

WEEK 5-8: Growth
- Referral system (what members get for bringing others)
- Engagement triggers (daily/weekly rituals that keep members active)
- Content pillars for the community (3 themes that drive 80% of discussions)

WEEK 9-12: Retention
- Member check-in system (identify and re-engage inactive members)
- Moderation guidelines (what gets removed, what gets highlighted)
- Event calendar system (types of events, cadence, structure)

Rules:
- Week 1 needs to be executable even if only 5 people join
- Events must be 60 minutes or less
- Referral rewards must be achievable for average members, not just power users
- Content pillars must be specific enough that any member could contribute
